  • Type of contract : “Contrat de mission” for each mission with MSF
  • The following positions are Full-time and Field-based (on one of MSF missions worldwide)

  • The following positions require an ability to work with limited resources and in difficult conditions

Médecins Sans Frontières (MSF) provides medical assistance to people affected by conflicts, epidemics, disasters, or exclusion from healthcare. Our teams are made up of tens of thousands of health professionals, logistic and administrative staff. Our actions are guided by medical ethics and the principles of impartiality, independence and neutrality.


We are building a dynamic talent pool of medical, paramedical, and non-medical professionals ready to respond to our critical needs worldwide. As part of this pool, you will be considered for overseas assignments across various locations, depending on the urgency and nature of the mission.



Who We Are Looking For :

We are seeking passionate and skilled professionals across various fields to join our team. Our recruitment needs are divided into 3 main categories:

  • Non-Medical Profiles:
    • Human Resources (HR)
    • Finance
    • Administration
    • Logistics
    • Supply Chain Management
    • Procurement
  • Medical Profiles:
    • General Practitioners (MD)
    • Specialized Doctors (e.g., Gynecologists, Surgeons, Anesthetists, Pediatricians)
  • Paramedical Profiles:
    • Pharmacists
    • Midwives
    • Specialized Nurses

Experience Requirements :

For all profiles, the following qualifications are essential:

  • A valid degree in the relevant field of practice.
  • A minimum of 3 to 4 years of experience in the relevant field.
  • Demonstrated managerial experience.
  • Fluency in Arabic, French, and English.
  • Willingness and ability to work internationally and adapt to the challenges of a humanitarian context.
