Médecins Sans Frontières (MSF) provides medical assistance to people affected by conflicts, epidemics, disasters, or exclusion from healthcare. Our teams are made up of tens of thousands of health professionals, logistic and administrative staff. Our actions are guided by medical ethics and the principles of impartiality, independence and neutrality.

We are always looking for qualified medical and non-medical staff who are willing to work overseas in MSF missions and to put their skills at the service of those most in need.

Below are the open positions and the specific requirements for each:

Medical positions

Specialized Doctors (General Surgeons, Gynecologists, Anesthetists, Pediatricians, Psychiatrists)

• Full board certificate issued from Ministry of Health
• Minimum 3 years of experience in the specialization

Medical Doctors

• Full board certificate issued from Ministry of Health
• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Medical Doctor or in clinical work.
• Desirable experience in tropical medicine, or post-registration experience in Public Health, obs and gynae, pediatrics, A&E, infectious diseases, HIV/AIDS/STDs, TB, general practice, general medicine or minor surgery.
• Managerial experience is required

Nurses

• Recognized nurse degree/diploma
• Minimum 2 years of previous experience preferably with NGOs
• Demonstrable experience in supervising and training others in a team setting is a must

Midwives

• Bachelor degree in midwifery
• Managerial experience as a Midwife Supervisor or Manager is required

Mental Health Activity Managers

• Master’s degree in Psychology
• Minimum 5 years of previous experience
• Managerial experience is required

Non-Medical positions

Logistics Managers

• Secondary education and technical diploma/technical university degree, preferably as an engineer
• Minimum 2 years of working experience in logistics related activities.
• Desirable previous experience with NGOs, and working experience in developing countries
• Managerial experience is required

Finance/HR Managers

• Degree in finance, management (business, HR) or administration
• Working experience of minimum 2 years in relevant and similar jobs
• Managerial experience is required
